Setting input and personal mix levels

If you're sending plenty of signal level to the session (level meter is regularly hitting the first red bar), but others in the session still need more volume from you even after pu$ng you all the way up in the personal mix... what's left?

Your signal level is hitting peaks in both your audio interface AND the JK client level meter?

Plenty of signal in my guitar modeler ( Helix) - not hitting peaks.  Not hitting peaks in my interface either. I have it occasionally hitting the first red bar in the JK input track (now) to make it louder for my jam mates.  Previously I had it just below the red bar.
I'll try having them increase their own headphone volume and ask where they're monitoring from. They may need to turn others down.
