Thanks, Dmitri. I appreciate your attention on this.
No, the latency doesn't change when I set the buffer size to 48, and when I resync, the buffer size gets reset to 96.
I sometimes open FC before JK. The 2i2 is set to 48k in FC.
Although FC doesn't have the buffer size setting, based on your message, I did open the Focusrite ASIO panel and set the buffer size to 48 before starting JK. In that case, as soon as I started the solo session, the buffer size got reset to 96.
I downloaded the latest FR software yesterday, un-installed and re-installed it.
When I open the FR ASIO panel, I see this info:
Device: Scarlett 2i2 (3rd gen)
Versions: Firmware: 1605 Driver: 4.65.5
The FC version is 3.6.0.1822
Let me know if you have any more questions or ideas about this.
I wonder about re-installing JK. Is there anything I should try before that?
