guest musician comes through computer, not headphones

I've been trying to correct the fact that my guest musician's audio comes through the computer's internal speakers and not my headphones.  Haven't figured it out yet.  If anyone had a blinding flash of the obvious I would deeply appreciate it. Thanks!
