OK, here is the 'Audio Reset' function clarified... well hopefully:
- looking at the top left hand side of the J-K window
- MANAGE 'button' (not 'File' as I pointed out earlier - my mistake)
- click 'MANAGE'
- move the cursor to 'Audio Properties' (a selection opens)
- move the cursor to 'Configuration' (another selection opens)
- move the cursor to 'Reset Audio Settings' (second last selection)
That's it.
