The audio interface latency is constant.
No doubt about that.
And the measurement is accurate, as far as I know. In two decimals, even - I believe
The internet latency is of course pendling.
Dont confuse those two phenomens.
I would not be happy with 9.8ms.
That is not bad, but not good, either. Medium, yellow.
But I have tried it - for a year.
It was even worse: 13 ms.
At the time, I was basically playing with only one person about 60 miles from me. It was alright or FAIR - about 30ms total latency
