DAW into JamKazam?

I'm on a Mac, and as a test I decided to install SoundFlower. It's an old piece of software and I'm on HighSierra. The install went fine and when I set things up, I experienced a significant amount of delay to the DAW=latency. Not sure what you're trying to accomplish but if it's to Record your session into the DAW, the latency wouldn't matter as long as you turn of monitoring form the DAW side. Otherwise, if you're trying to insert Effects, you may want to try JK audio device options to add VSTs. Personally, my effects are hardware based so i can turn knobs and on/off with my foot.
