Live jamming music client has stopped working

Every time I try to enter or start a session, a window pops up that says "Live jamming music client has stopped working" and the app needs to shut down. I wasn't having this problem a few weeks ago, but now it happens all the time. Does anyone know what might be the problem? Thanks.

Tried re-installing and updating the app, same issue.

I have the same problem. Just installed for the first time. tried reinstalling and restarting. still getting the same pop up window.
