Why are there so many dead links in this thing?

Maybe it was moved, deleted, or you accidentally mistyped the URL.

I'm losing faith in this program.  It doesn't seem to work well at all and it feels like there's no support team.  I've looked through the forums and Admin responses are predominantly apologetic and lacking solutions, if the admin chimes in at all.

It works just fine for A LOT of people around the globe. 
Focus is on the jam/session, to keep that going. All the rest is just eye candy or extra’s not needing the attention right now. 
Help files have been lost when the servers they resided on were lost. Don’t know the reason behind this. 
Use this forum to search for your answer/question. If not yet covered open a new thread and politely ask for help. All volunteers here!
Complaining etc. is not going to help anybody.
