Can't access my jamtrack

Hi,

When trying to load my jamtrack I get "network error - server replied: Forbidden". I tried "Reset Jamtracks Cache", no changes.

I there anything else I can try ?

So Leji, I just tried my luck at a JamTrack and it loads just fine and I can work with it and make mixes.
Did you try again later? Maybe it was a network issue?


Are you on a 'premium plan' BTW? Not sure if JT's are available in 'Free'(?)

Hi Dimitri, thanks for the answer.

I'm indeed on a free plan, it seems you can get one free jamtrack to try out, at least a few friends of mine managed that.
I've been trying for a few weeks now, and it never works for me (always the same error), so I do suppose there's something wrong either with my account or setup.

I would have liked to try a jamtrack out before buying into it. I guess I'll just try my friends'
