Is this platform bow dead in terms of development? When I create a future session, which I used to do, successfully, every Monday at 7:00p ET,  I haven't been able join the session that I created, for the past several months.  And since I can't join, I cannot create a session log when the session fails without a specific error message.  Could this be related to the number of users that are invited?  Is there a limit?  The number of invitees is the only variable I am aware of.]]>

I am a new user to JK, and tried to connect with a friend to try out this platform. my friend was able to hear his bass and my guitar very clearly on his end. however, i was only able to hear my guitar, and not his bass on my end. we live about 10 miles away from each other, so distance shouldn't be an issue. i had his bass turned up all the way in my mix, but it wasn't coming through. also, his indicator lights on my dashboard were showing signal activity. anyone experience this? hopefully it's a small oversight on my part.

We all have ample internet speeds that have been working up until now. Comments?

If there is another way to increase his Packet Rate from 100 to 400, please advise?

I cannot find any documentation on how to correct this problem.

I couldn't turn my jamming partner up to hear them without risking damage to my hearing therefore please treat this as a matter of urgency since hearing damage is a health and safety issue.
