Cannot Upload Avatar Photo - AimeeB - 03-30-2020

Hello, 

I have tried uploading an avatar photo both online and in the windows app. In both cases, when I click Upload and immediately get a nonsensical error message: App: AhUoVoBZSLirP3esyCl7Zz exceeds the limit. Huh  It won't even let me select a photo. 

Is anyone else having this issue? Am I just doing something wrong? Any workaround recommendations?

AimeeB,

I too had the same problem for the longest time. Then I randomly tried it again and it worked. So, while this is a less-than helpful reply, just keep trying. I was on the Web version when it finally worked I think.

Sorry no specific workaround.

I also have this problem. I tried both on the Windows 10 Client and via the web interface.

I'm having the same issue. I get this error: App: AhUoVoBZSLirP3esyCl7Zz exceeds the limit.

Me too..  Same issue.....  "AhUoVoBZSLirP3esyCl7Zz exceeds the limit." Sad Angry 

I was successful in changing my Avatar on this support forum, but it didn't go over to the application.  I tried again in the application and got the same cryptic message.
