iConnectivity Audio 2+ Interface no sound - 88keys - 06-03-2020
Is there anyone using the iConnectivity Audio 2+ interface with Jamkazam?
I own one but I cannot get any sound from Jamkazam playback, I have another interface but the latency is 14ms.
iConnectivity tech support is trying to assist through email, but I may have to purchase another audio interface and put it between the iConnectivity Audio 2+ and my Laptop.

There's another post with a list of audio interfaces. I don't think it means, yours will not work just because it's not on the list. But it's good to know.

Is the device is recognized when adding it in JK?
Comparing both your interfaces, do they have a software GUI?

Thanks for your help, I did figure it out and the iConnectivity works fine with Jamkazam at 4.3 ms.
I just had to figure out the routing to get it to work.

Thanks, 88Keys! I've added the iConnectivity interface to the list & Google Sheet in the "Confirmed Working w/JamKazam" category. Glad to hear you were able to get it working! Also, thanks, GDJ, for the help, and agreed - if you have any additional info about the OS/version/settings, etc., let us know, and I'll add that information as well.
