JamKazam keeps cra$ng
#1
Hi there,

I have my Behringer UMC404HD installed and ready to go but when I start Jamkazam and then start a session the app keeps cra$ng, I looked at the EV log and this is the error that I am seeing.

Faulting application name: JamKazam.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5e8feda0
Faulting module name: JamKazam.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5e8feda0
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x003bd36a
Faulting process ID: 0x1478
Faulting application start time: 0x01d619d0835c19a1
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\JamKazam\JamKazam.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files (x86)\JamKazam\JamKazam.exe

I have unnistall the app and re-install the app and same issue. I am trying to run the app on a 2 year old laptop that i pretty good. Everything seems to be up to date with Windows 10 and the drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe try to do a CC cleaner after you uninstall then reinstall. Did you go to your PC manufacturer's website and check to see if there are driver updates there?

My version (in the About) shows:  Build 1.20 - "1.0.3657"
