VST support in Jamkazam is sketchy. Last I heard it only works with 32bit VST, and not all of those work either.
I decided to use external hardware rather than internal software ex: outboard reverb+compressor for my voice, traditional pedalboard for bass guitar effects, rackmount synth on a 5pin MIDI cable, etc.
BTW I just got a new Pork & Pickle OD/fuzz pedal that I REALLY like, for about $160 US (can run from a 9V battery)
