I found this out - here.
Windows was comandeering the drivers so JamKazam couldn't use them.
I reset the Windows sound drivers to the hardware on the mother board.
That left my USB mixer available for another app to use.
I set the Behringer drivers to JamKazam.
I was able to get the drivers to work in JamKazam with no problem.
