After 2020-04-12 update, error Communication with the JamKazam network service timed

JamKazam was updated today to version 1.20 - "1.0.3657".

I'm on MacOS catalina, connected to the internet via Ethernet. I tried "Test Network" and it says:

"Communication with the JamKazam network service timed out. Please contact support."

When I press the Contact Support link, it gets a 404 error as shown in the attached screen shot.

I have the same type of message but I'm able to run a session anyway. I would guess that's a problem on their side.

Try a session and you'll see.

Testservers are hit 'n miss. It's a known issue. Discussed many times and actually in the first post of the forum pages.
Don't worry about it, just proceed.
