Windows 11?
#1
I'm considering upgrading to Windows 11, but have not been able to find any information about running Jamkazam with that OS. Has anyone tried to run Jamkazam with Windows 11? If so, what has been your experience with it? Thanks!

I have two machines upgraded to Windows 11. Neither will work...Jamkazam crashes each time.  I have reinstalled the software several times.  I use Focusrite 2i2 equipment/driver.  I used to work fine with Windows 10.  I would caution anyone to use Windows 11.

Since I have installed Win11 there are much more of noises and disturbances.  Also more jitter.

I had been using JamKazam successfully, if non-optimally, with a Shure MV5 USB mic and headphone setup. Running under Windows 8.1 I had no problem setting up JamKazam by selecting the Shure MV5 in both the Input and Output dropdown lists, with the sample rate set to 44100 Hz. I recently purchased a new computer with Widows 11 installed, and when I try to set up the audio, I receive a message that my input and output sample rates do not match, even though they are both set to 44100 Hz. If I go ahead with the audio setup, it appears to complete successfully, but there is no audio when I open a private test session. I have used this mic/headphone setup successfully in Zoom, so I know that the computer is seeing the device OK.

I also receive a message that my computer is running in Balanced mode, even though it is set for Best Performance.

Is there a possibility that there is an issue with Windows 11 compatibility?

Has there been any new info on JK being compatible with Windows 11? I just bought a new PC with the OS. Thank you.

Upon your suggestion, my JK is cra$ng (obviously due to not being compatible with Windows 11. This OS has been out about a year). Why am I paying JK a monthly fee when it seems there is no solution, even when other members have complained about it previously?

Not sure why everyone is having trouble. I am running with no issue using an irig keys i/o with asio driver. It does crash with some vst files but I mainly use actual pedals for effects so not a big deal. Jitter and noise has increased but no complaints overall using windows 11 here.
