Jamkazam can't "hear" input
#1
I was using JamKazam successfully this past spring with no problems. Then one time, for no reason that was apparent to me, it stopped detecting my audio input. I am on Catalina and using a MOTU 4Pre interface. The audio signal is reaching the 4Pre, I can hear it in my phones, I can record to Logic no problem. When in a JamKazam session I can hear everything (other players, play-along track) except myself, and no-one else can hear me. I have added new, reconfigured and tested my audio gear many times. I tried to register a new account with a different name but my email is already in use so not allowed. I can not find info on how to delete an account to start over from scratch.

anyone got any suggestions?

Deleting an account is not going to solve anything.
If you wish, you can reset all saved audio settings via the 'Manage > Audio Settings' menu items, and start over.

Ahh - that was it. Somehow JamKazam got deselected in privacy settings... weird because it happened between sessions where I didn't go anywhere near privacy settings. I wonder if an update or something might have done it...

many thanks!
