JK doesn't recognize my I/O interface. I have the Scarlett 2i4 second generation 2 port interface, which is working. When I go to JK audio set up, only the default appears. The rescan for external devices returns zero results

Same here, JK do detect scarlett 2i4, done all input/output patching and set the chls ..but there are no signal coming through JK session.
