From a totally new user perspective I think this would be a great idea. The more that could be set up ahead of time with and with less clicks the better!

Yes, we need this or some sort of template or recurring session that could be started quickly from the Create Session window. For any regular session. It must only disappear when the owner request it to be deleted - or automatically if not used for a significant period of time (1 month ?). Currently I have to cut and past from a text document.
