nothing works after lofgin - puffinhorn - 04-14-2020
I log in and then try to do something like quick Start Solo and a pop up tells me I need to download the app and login. Over & over it does that. I can go to my profile , account, etc but can't do anything else.

Like 'mabalot' suggests, did you download and install the app/program?
Just assuming you're logged in on the website when getting this 'error' message.
