My system test doesnt work. It says that it can`t tell if I`m on wi-fi or ethernet ( I`m using ethernet with wi-fi disabled) then it tell me server has timed out and to contact support. When I click on support it says page unavailable

Can you proceed without doing the 'test'?
Testservers have been unavailable. Installing should be possible, even over WiFi.
Running the service is 'UTP-only' to get any satisfactory result.
