MacOS Client (1878-Intel) reports needing 11.00 - Tr3nity_Guitar - 06-11-2025 I'm trying to install and run the macOS version of the app. On the download page, the prereqs are listed as macOS 10.15 or later (Catalina).I have 10.15.7, the download that results from clicking the download button is "JamKazam-1878-Intel.dmg". The install Icon shows an incorrect OS Version (No entry sign over app), when I execute the app ignoring the ICON warning, the app reports "You Can't use this version of the application "JamKazam" with this version of macOS. You have macOS 10.15.7. The application requires macOS 11.0 or later." Contrary to what is indicated on the download page !!! (this forum is not the official helpdesk) Email address at the bottom of this page or straight from the JK-GUI What you describe as a "NAG" is basically a friendly reminder that, in most regular circumstances, there is an update available. Having to ESC that seems a minor effort considering the alternative, which would be not being able to jam at all. |
