can not hear one bandmate - TCGreen - 07-15-2022
I have used JamKazam successfully for years with my friend Pete. I have a decade old Mac and he has a new one. Our other friend, David, with an old PC has difficulties.
Today we both tried to Jam. We could see each other on the screen. I could hear myself, but not him. He could not hear me and was not sure if he heard himself. When I looked at our individual sessions, I could see level lights for me, but not for him. We are both using Artesia a22xt.
At another session with the 3 of us, We could all see each other. I could hear Pete and David. David and Pete could hear me. David could hear Pete, but Pete could not hear David.
We tried rebooting without improvement.
Any advice?

Any advice? HI:
I'm playing with my 2 buddies twice a week. We've had a full year of good connectivity. That stopped about a week and a half ago. We can see each other. Two of us can hear everyone, but one of us can only hear himself and another player. No idea why. Did you ever get a resolution to your problem? Thanks,

My friends and i are experiencing the same issues. There are four of us that play twice a week. There are occasions where we all have good connectivity, usually in the winter months (no idea why that is). for a few weeks at a time, followed by crackles and sounding like one or more of are underwater. Two of the guys live in rural locations and their internet is not as good as what the other two have. I'm guessing the internet carrier and there type of service is part of the problem. That said, since the recent release of the new updates, our service has not gotten better. In fact, only 3 of us can play together and hear each other clearly. As soon as we add the 4th person, he is playing and singing underwater. I would appreciate anyone who knows some tricks to help us clean up the signals in a way that the four of us can play together. It is quite frustrating to not be able to do that. Thanks.

Hi:
I have done the things that were suggested by the Help Desk including modifying the frame rate and the buffer rate. However, I am not the one suffering. It's my friends who live rurally, about 100 miles outside of Spokane, Wa. Just not sure what my possible options are to help them. They need the help. If they can't get their issue fixed, I think Jamkazam will possibly lose one or 2 subscribers. We love to play so I hope we can get it fixed.
Thanks,
Joe
