Pitch change on playing a .wav file - Terles - 07-05-2021 So, I uploaded a .wav backing track file to play along with. Problem is, it's off about 1/2 pitch! When I play the same file on my PC, it's bang on pitch. When I play on my guitar through JK, the pitch is bang on. It's only when I play the file through JK that it's off. Anyone else have this happen, or can think of other things to try or why it might be happening? (#.wav = 44.1kHz at 16bit) RE: Pitch change on playing a .wav file - Terles - 07-07-2021 (07-06-2021, 10:30 AM)Dimitri Muskens Wrote:That was it! Thanks Dimitri, never thought of that. Took me a while to figure out how to reconfigure Audacity to get the correct sample rate, but once you pointed it out, I got it resaved as a .wav at 48000 & works like a charm. Thanks again!(07-05-2021, 07:38 PM)Terles Wrote: So, I uploaded a .wav backing track file to play along with. Problem is, it's off about 1/2 pitch!
