Silver plan time issue - mlacoult - 01-29-2021 I subscribed to a Silver plan and had two sessions since:
A Silver plan should allow me 10 hours of session time per month... And when emailing 'support' I got an email back saying there is no support for Silver plans!!! What??? RE: Silver plan time issue - mlacoult - 01-30-2021 Heard back from JamKazam today, they reset my time and said they had 'a couple of other reports of erroneous time reporting'. They clearly have a problem with the time recording but hopefully this will get sorted soon. In their case, the counter says 15 minutes remaining.. but we continue playing for hours.
