Upgraded to Catalina, now it says my HW isn’t connected - Lrizzo2001 - 10-24-2020 So I just upgraded from Mojave to Catalina. Now Jamkazam gives me errors that my hardware is not plugged in. I can remove the device in Jamkazam, and go through the wizard and it sees the Presonus 1818VSL, but when I go to add it, it tells me it’s not connected. I’ve searched all over the internet and cannot find anybody else having this problem. The Presonus works fine in any other application and is a class compliant interface. Using the same equipment and same set up procedure, I cannot connect on a laptop with OS 10.15.7. My audio gear set up is successful, but when I go into session on the newer laptop, I have no audio. |
