What are some of the reasons why someone would get random crashes and "Disconnected from server" messages?

Many random session crashes are caused by poor internet connections
I personally have not had any "Disconnected from server" in the last month or two.
"Disconnected from server" happens when the connection to JamKazam's server is lost.
Either because the server stops working - or the internet connection is lost in some way.
