Won't install - Patch24 - 06-20-2020
I downloaded the latest 1.0.3744 msi file and tried to install. I get 'preparing to install' for ever. I've tried disabling all virus protection etc. To no avail. Tried restarting my computer. Made sure to confirm my email. Nope. Never really seen this before installing anything else. I'm on Windows 10 Home 1903 OS build: 18362.900

Immediately I can only recommend downloading the file again.
It may have become corrupt during transport ...

Look for the confirmation popup from windows to allow the installer to make changes to your system ...
It is probably in the notification area to the right and/or in your taskbar.

Yes, of course, it might be as Dimitri is writing about.
If so you can also find the confirmation popup by using the keyboards Alt + Tab

Sorry - that advice about using Alt + Tab seems to be worthless.
