No input signal getting into Jamkazam - budha747 - 06-14-2020

Problem is:
No Audio getting to others and no audio showing on input audio meter in Jamkazam “my live tracks” session.

Setup is iMac computer running Catalina 10.15.4.
Direct ethernet connection running to router testing 89mbps down and 6mbps up.
I have Musical instruments and mics into a mixer and then one mono signal going to my interface.
Interface is a Focusrite Scarlett Solo gen3.
Input into Focusrite is on input 2 with instrument button off.  Direct Monitor button off.
Lights on Focusrite show input signals coming in and if I turn on Direct Monitor then I can hear the signals in my headphones attached to the Focusrite.

Focusrite Control App shows:
Input Settings…Line input on Analogue 2
Output Routing … Says “Output routing is not supported on this device”    ??????

Jamkazam audio settings input and outputs:
Session Audio input is Scarlett Solo USB-Left
Session Audio Outputs is Scarlett Solo USB-Left and Scarlett Solo USB-right.
Stats look good except for Audio Interface Latency of 43.8ms. Why?
Audio Profiles show :
In/Out Scarlett Solo USB and
System Default (Playback Only)

And I did give Jamkazam permission to use the Mac mic.

Any help much appreciated !
Bud

Hi Bud,
Nice description of your status quo!

Could you start by making a new Gear config under JKZ and do add both your input channels.
Your input device should be same as output device (no L or R designation)
Please also configure two output channels.
In your case the "In/Out Scarlett Solo USB" Audio Profile should be (active)
BTW - To the best of my knowledge the 'instrument/line' input would be USB-right ... .

Interface latency can be tweaked by going into the audio settings in the Manage menu.

Dimitri, Thanks, Awesome ! That seems to have fixed the input problem. Now what are the steps to fix the hi (red) audio latency?

Grand!

OK, goto [Manage] > Audio Settings > Audio Booster > change the little drop-down menu (Audio FrameSize) to the lowest possible number you can play at without getting 'pops & crackles' (mine is at 1ms)

>>> Only available when in a (any)session.
