On MAC using Apogee Duet as interface I experience audio interference when I add video. Anybody else have this problem?

Yup. Basically almost everybody, in some form or shape.
Has to do with congestion/noise/jitter the vid is creating on your connection.
NB - possibly in some cases also because of the extra load on your system.
