The latest update has 'Sticky VU' and 'Auto Resync' as new options. Anyone have a clue as to what these are? Easy enough to guess regarding Auto Resync, but does anyone really want Resyncs happening in the middle of a jam, since they temporarily disconnect audio?

NO - I dont want temporarily audio disconnect
Nobody wants that - or rather need it. No one - with or without body!
Especially not while recording
